What data we collect
The site itself collects no personal data through forms — there are no accounts and no sign-up. If you email us (for example to request a demo), we process the contact details and message you choose to send, solely to reply to you.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool. It records only aggregate, anonymous usage — page views, referrers, approximate country and device type. It does not identify individual visitors and does not track you across other websites.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies needed for the site to work — your chosen language and, in preview, which audience front you are viewing. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest to run and improve the site with anonymous analytics, and, for any email you send us, on taking steps at your request before replying.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and reasonable follow-up. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are retained by our analytics provider under their terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing. Email info@soilbalance.net. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
